Mature hen meat only uses domestic female chickens that have finished laying eggs.
Compared to the broiler chickens you usually eat, the mature hens live more than four times longer, giving them a rich, deep flavor with a satisfying chew, and they are also packed with nutrients.

The venue, 'cafe KO-BA', is an established dog run cafe that has been in business for nearly 20 years.
It is famous as a "dog run cafe with cherry blossoms" in spring, and the cherry trees provide shade, so dogs can play safely even in summer.
