Aigo (Spinefoot) | White fish [Now in season!]

A white fish whose habitat and freshness are so vital it's also known as "Nekomata-gi" (meaning cats wouldn't even touch it).

To be enjoyed at its best, it requires not only clean waters and high-quality plankton to thrive in, but also an insistence on freshness, including how it's killed, prepared, and, of course, speed.

Groobee's rabbitfish meets these criteria. Caught and dispatched in the morning from Sagami Bay, one of Japan's three deepest bays, each fish is swiftly processed by skilled artisans to preserve its freshness when delivered.

Rabbitfish contains Vitamin A, which helps maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes, and is also rich in Vitamin D, known as the "sunshine vitamin," essential for strong bones, thereby supporting a robust and healthy body.

Low in fat and easy to digest, it is an excellent white fish with nutrients suitable for dogs of all ages.
